Frankie’s has proudly served the southern Kansas City area since 2006. After spending our first 19 years in Louisburg, KS, we relocated to Drexel, MO, in 2025. Founded by Jen Kelly, Frankie’s offers family friendly services designed to help everyone look and feel their best.

Jennifer Kelly
Owner/Master Stylist

Jen has been in the industry for more than 27 years! As a salon owner, her goal is to maintain the health and integrity of her guest's hair which is why she has chosen Surface for her color and retail line in her Salon! Jen's dedication to working with Surface products allows her to achieve a style that reflects each guest's personality and lifestyle. Spreading the Surface Culture is such a big part of how she helps each stylist to refine their craft. Her authenticity and passion is more than enough to inspire anyone!

Kayla Bullock

Kayla specializes in rich, dimensional colors for a lived-in look with soft, easy maintenance. Her passion is working with a client’s natural texture and their personality to create a look that is not only unique and interesting, but one that really makes them feel like their most authentic self.
